To achieve the perfect shape and structural integrity, sandbag profiling is employed wherever necessary. Our reinforcement process involves a meticulous arrangement of steel bars:
- A dual-layer of Y 10 bars at 200mm intervals ensures a robust frame for the concrete.
- Additional reinforcement includes 9 x Y 16 bars for cradling/pillar beams and a comprehensive steel cage, integrating seamlessly with the pool’s design for unmatched durability.
Concrete Application
Walls and floors are constructed with a 30 Mpa gunite mixture, ensuring solid, non-slip surfaces for safety and performance. This application follows rigorous standards, including controlled water mixing and precise application techniques for optimal strength and finish.
Tiling and Finishing

Floor Construction
Similar attention to detail is applied to the pool floor, using a 30 Mpa pre-mixed concrete vibrated to a specified thickness for uniformity and strength. Mosaics and Markings
Our pools feature a distinctive 150mm wide glazed mosaic line beneath coping tiles and professional-grade lane markings, adhering to FINA standards for competitive swimming environments.
